Bulla Gastrobar's Luna Lounge knows how to draw a crowd. Why else would the Tampa rooftop bar, offering stellar views of downtown, use the increasingly desirable Aperol spritz to launch its extended hours in SoHo?
Exactly. We all love when that red-orange Italian apéritif is mixed with prosecco and club soda (especially this food editor).
Anyhow, back to those new hours: Luna Lounge will soon operate more than three days a week, a change the bar plans to celebrate from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24. Patrons have the opportunity to down Aperol spritzes during the happy hour event, alongside samples of complimentary paella.
Luna Lounge first premiered above the Spanish-inspired Bulla in early February. The bar is now open 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, 5 to 11 p.m. Thursday, 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
