Dunedin History Museum is putting out a call for live tattoo models for their event The Picture Gallery: Ink on Skin. The showcase celebrates the art of the tattoo, featuring live models and artists along with special entertainment.
Those interested in showing off their ink can send photos to the museum via email at [email protected]. The team is looking for sleeves, chest/back murals, shoulder shields, and even impressive single designs.
Applicants who are chosen get two free event tickets to the exhibit for friends or family, complimentary refreshments, a professional photo of their tattoo, and the chance to win cash prizes.
The Picture Gallery: Ink on Skin will be held on August 3 from 6-9 p.m., at the Dunedin History Museum, located at 349 Main Street.
Don’t have ink but want to join in on the fun? Tickets are $25 and can be snagged online at or at the museum day of the event.
