When Chef Marty Blitz and Maryann Ferenc first opened their restaurant in a teeny space on Platt Street, it was like a stone in the water for local restaurateurs. It sent a ripple effect across the culinary landscape. The food was high quality, the menu changed daily depending upon what was freshest, and Chef Blitz's dishes immediately drew attention for their luscious creativity. When the restaurant migrated downtown to a chic space across from University of Tampa, its food stayed fab, and now you could dine in style, too. It remains one of downtown's few class choices.
