Iron Maiden w/Ghost We’ve known about this show for what seems like years now (it was actually announced in January), but we can’t wait to finally be in house when Iron Maiden’s Book of Souls tour finally stops in Tampa. "All the Eddies and the Maya-themed stage sets," founder and bassist Steve Harris said in a release describing the elaborate production. "There’s been a great reaction from everyone to this tour’s theme, people really seem to love it.” Get there early, and you’ll probably love an opening set by spooky Swedish metal Gods Ghost. Fishmonger w/Vacancy/Plastiol/The Spuds Plastiol’s second ever show is gonna be a gud’un. The punk outfit (which features Permanent Makeup’s Chris Nadeau) opens for a pair of locals (The Spuds, Vacancy) and Fishmonger, an Athens, Georgia post-punk outfit that melds hardcore, screamo and noiserock together on a 2016 EP, Fiesta Anti-Fascista. Goodnight Neverland w/Ella Jet and Future Soul/Mountain Holle/Chasing Jonah Kerry Courtney brings taps a few of his favorite bands to help Goodnight Neverland saw farewell to 600 Block venue The Local 662, which will likely be closed by the end of June. Cedric Gervais & Morgan Page Evidently DJ Cedric Gervais hasn’t gotten enough of the Tampa Bay area. Fresh off an amazing performance at Sunset Music Festival at Raymond James Stadium, the French DJ will be returning to the Bay (literally), when he plays the Beach Bar off the Courtney Campbell bridge. Cedric Gervais rose to fame by releasing the popular remix of Lana Del Rey’s smash hit “Summertime Sadness.” The remix was so popular he was awarded a Grammy that year. (Beach Bar, Tampa) — LJ INFO

Borgeous Yet another SMF alum is featured in Music Week, with Borgeous hosting Shephard’s weekly beach house party, which is not only affordable (with most tickets priced around $10) but also notorious for bringing premier talent from the EDM genre all summer. This week is not an exception with the Miami-native Borgeous, who still gets crowds going with his 2013 hit “Tsunami.” While he isn’t playing a big stage this weekend, he’ll be packing the tiki area behind Shephard’s in a rain or shine event that will be a great way to cap off your weekend.
