Tampa Bay is an ever-growing vegan hotspot with restaurants like Golden Dinosaurs Deli, 3 Dot Dash, Vegan International Co. Kitchen & Market and Dixie Dharma dishing out plant-based meals daily. But the biggest celebration of vegan food is headed to USF’s Botanical Gardens once again, as the annual Florida Vegan Gourmet Food Festival takes place on Feb.1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This festival isn't just about eating—you can also have discussions with Tampa Bay area vegan chefs, learn a thing or two from live cooking and food preparation demos, and browse countless stalls of vegan vendors.

Head to cityfestivals.org to check out the event schedule. From natural hot yoga to a vegan hack presentation—the Florida Vegan Gourmet Food Festival is chock full of interactive, communal activities.

Tickets range from $4- 8 and can still be purchased at eventbrite.com, while kids ages 12 and under get in for free. USF’s Botanical Gardens are located at 12210 USF Pine Dr. in Tampa.
