Game three of the ALDS happens at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg — where the Rays averaged 14,734 fans a game, the second lowest average game attendance in Major League Baseball — on Monday, October 7.
The ALDS is a five-game series, and the Rays will also play game four (if necessary) in St. Petersburg on Tuesday, October 8.
Tickets for ALDS games three and four go on sale Today, Thursday, October 3 at 4 p.m. via raysbaseball.com.
Not too bad for a team whose owners dangled the auspice of splitting home games with Montreal over fans’ heads, huh?
