Yeah, It’s Fresh is the title of First Watch’s debut cookbook. Available at all First Watch locations nationwide starting Nov. 5, the new read celebrates the popular Florida-based breakfast, brunch and lunch chain’s 35th anniversary.
Designed for home cooks, Yeah, It’s Fresh (Story Farm, $23.95.) features 75 recipes throughout its 160 pages, including smoked salmon and roasted veggie frittata, an elevated egg sandwich, heirloom tomato and burrata toast, and a Floridian take on French toast. A number of seasonal food formulas landed in the book, too — think carrot cake pancakes, turkey dill crepe eggs and chilled pear cider.
Each recipe falls under one of seven chapters — First Watch Essentials, Eggs & Omelets, Toasts & Batters, Handhelds & Sandwiches, Bowls & Salads, Hashes & Skillets or Juices & Coffee — and readers will also find helpful cooking tips from Shane Schaibly, First Watch’s chef and vice president of culinary strategy.
