The Don CeSar wants to reel in guests with a new ritual: Don at Dusk. Hosted daily at the Pink Palace’s on-site Rowe Bar right before the sun calls it quits, the event celebrates the picturesque sunsets of St. Pete Beach.

To cheers to another damn-good view, Don at Dusk patrons receive a complimentary Champagne toast of Taittinger (Veuve Clicquot and Piper-Heidsieck are planned for future sunsets). But they’re also encouraged to stick around for twilight happy hour specials after the sun goes down.

The event’s main draw on Fridays and Saturdays? The “Sunset Shell-ebration,” where a raw bar of fresh oysters await.
