Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority is offering free rides to St. Petersburg’s Pride parade and celebration on Saturday on their “Pride Bus.”

To catch the bus to Pride, you can park at St. Pete High for free and take route 9 downtown. Or if you want a shorter ride to the parade, you can park at Tropicana Field for $10 and take the route 18 to Pride. The official Pride celebration starts at 7 p.m. on Saturday, but these park and ride Pride buses will run from noon to midnight.

In addition to the free bus to Pride, PSTA is also providing free rides on all buses and routes throughout St. Petersburg on Saturday, in an effort to make transportation as efficient as possible with the large influx of people throughout the city.

St Petersburg’s Pride celebration this year is projected to bring over 250,000 people to Downtown St Pete’s waterfront –– the largest pride celebration in Florida and the second largest in the Southeast.
