Busch Gardens Tampa Bay announced today that Sesame Street Kids’ Weekends will return beginning Oct. 3.

The theme park says the annual event, which is included with park admission, will be open on weekends until Nov. 1, with several new safety and health measures implemented.

To allow for safe trick-or-treating, candy stations will be set up throughout the park’s play area, where ambassadors wearing protective equipment will distribute treats. Physically distant photo opportunities will also be available with Sesame Street characters like Big Bird, Oscar, and Grover.

The Count’s Not-Too-Spooky Howl-O-Ween Radio Show is also an option, with physically distant seating. The company says the “not-too-spooky Halloween show” features song and dance numbers that will get the children and their families involved.

This event fills out Busch Gardens’ fall lineup, which includes Bier Fest, taking place from now until Nov. 15, as well as the upcoming Howl-O-Scream, which is set to open on Friday, Sept. 25.
