It's the first weekend in April, and you know what that means — St. Pete vintage reseller Brocante is opening its doors for two days to allow patrons to peruse and purchase its stock of all manner of cool shit, from furniture to reclaimed fixtures to this writer's personal favorite, old-school typewriters.
The warehouse at 2200 2nd Ave. S. will be open 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Black Crow Coffee will be on-site offering free coffee from 9-11 a.m. both days, and this month's food truck is Mr. Weirdo's American Food, serving up the weird American food from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday.
Tickets for a special preview party tonight from 6-9 p.m. are also available, but remember — you can't buy at the preview.
