Want to give your dad the gift of time with his favorite kiddo (that's you, but don't tell your sister) and let him have an experience to remember — all for free? The Museum of Science and Industry is letting all dads in for free this weekend (with a paid admission, of course).
Science-type dads can Be The Astronaut — this exhibit lets him pilot a rocket launch, navigate a moon rover and then navigate a Mars rover. From there take him over to the Saunders Planetarium. MOSI's renovated it, so the show's all new.
Sporty-type dads can try the ropes course, and, on Saturday, he can watch as the Tampa Tarpons host the Florida State League All-Star Game on George Steinbrenner Field.
And you? You devoted, wonderful child, you get to bask in the glow of being a thoughtful, awesome child.
