People have apparently been leaving Tampa and moving to St. Petersburg since the late-’70s. That’s if you believe a 1980 flick, The Golden Honeymoon, which was filmed in the ‘Burg back in ‘78. It follows an elderly couple making the move, and it features Roser Park, the Traymore cafeteria, Round Lake, the Coliseum, and the St. Petersburg ShuffleBoard Courts. The movie will screen, for free, outside at Historic Round Lake Park on October 1 — bring a blanket and an appetite for popcorn.

Tues Oct. 1, 7 p.m. Free. Historic Round Lake Park, 6th Ave. N., St. Petersburg. Historicuptown.com.
