St. Petersburg event at 3 Daughters Brewing focuses on ocean conservation

Oceana, an oceanic advocacy group, will have speakers, food and live music.

Concerned not only with offshore drilling, but the overall state of our saltwater? Tuesday night at 3 Daughters, advocacy group Oceana will host Keep Oceans Fishy Florida. The event will focus on ocean conservation, sustainable fishing, and defending conservation laws (as they specifically relate to water). Oceana's policy work doesn't stop with offshore drilling; the group also works to end shark fin trading and seafood fraud. They'll have speakers on these topics as well as live music and food, plus you know you're dying to try that Pumpkin Cider 3D has on tap. Come meet the advocacy group working like mad to protect our oceans and gulfs.
