A man was arrested for pointing his cell phone camera at someone else’s private parts at the bathroom inside of the AMC Veterans 24 movie theater in Tampa.

According to an arrest report, George Graham III faces a charge for video voyeurism after he videotaped a victim using the men’s room on May 25. In the report, the victim says he was using the restroom when he saw the phone “point directly towards his genitals.”

WFTS says the victim left the stall, confronted Graham, followed the 36-year-old to his car and took a license plate number, which the Hillsborough County Sheriff used to track Graham to his home. After taking Graham’s phone, law enforcement officials found "multiple images of unknown males using the restroom with the expectation of privacy.”

The victims, according to officials, cannot be identified because the locations of the photographs are unknown. Graham posted bond and is currently out of jail.
