On Thursday, Jan. 30 the Karol Hotel welcomes its new concept The K Club Bar & Bistro. Late last month CL reported that the Karol Hotel was working on two concepts, including K Club Bar & Bistro and its Vantage Rooftop Bar. Unfortunately, a rep of the Karol Hotel confirmed that the Vantage Rooftop Bar isn't set to make its debut until the end of February.
Until then, locals can check out New American cuisine loaded on the menu curated by executive chef Jon Atanacio. The full bar features an array of crafted cocktails inspired by the Florida coast and travels of hotel owners Fred and Karol Bullard.
Although K Club Bar & Bistro is opening up this week, the hotel won’t be taking reservations until Feb. 6—that's when guests and locals who are in need of a staycation can reserve any of the 123 guest rooms and suites.
The bistro will be open for breakfast service 7 a.m.-11 a.m. Mon.-Fri., lunch service 11 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. Mon.-Fri., dinner service 5 p.m.-10 p.m. Sun.-Thurs., 5 p.m.-11 p.m. Fri.-Sat., and with weekend brunch running from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The bar is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Karol Hotel is located at 2675 Ulmerton Rd. in Clearwater.
