Dale 1891's new identity as Cayman Cove has stuck.
Now an island-themed restaurant and bar, the Tampa hangout hosted a viewing party for its Bar Rescue episode, titled "Paradise Lost," Sunday night.
Patrons watched as host Jon Taffer transformed Dale 1891 into a tropical hub with fare like skewers marinated in a garlic-citrus herb sauce, deviled crab, and jerk chicken or pork sandwiches.
Jumping the Shark (ginger beer, agave, spiced rum, lime juice) and Cayman Cooler (guava nectar, pineapple juice, pineapple rum) are included on the specialty cocktail lineup, too.
