The Fat Rabbit Pub is gearing up to debut its inaugural Boozy Brunch service this weekend.
On Sunday, August 11 they will be serving up brunch bites crafted by Executive Chef Cole McBride. Chef McBride wanted to keep the offerings fairly simple, as the pub will also be serving their regular food menu simultaneously.
That means eggs Benedict three different ways, a loaded egg skillet, chorizo egg wraps and chicken and waffles, as well as a fat 5-ounce filet mignon with eggs.
But it wouldn't be brunch without booze.
Brunchers have the option of bottomless mimosas or can venture to the build-your-own bloody Mary bar. The regular draft and cocktail list will also be available.
Brunch service will run from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Regular hours for The Fat Rabbit are Monday 4-11 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday 11:30 a.m.-1 a.m., Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m.-2 a.m., and Sunday 11 a.m.-11 p.m.
The Fat Rabbit Pub is located at 16029 Tampa Palms Blvd. W., Tampa.
