There's no shortage of poké in Tampa Bay. In the last three months, We Are Poke made its debut, Fish Bowl Kitchen and Pokē Fish both launched second locations, and Pokéworks celebrated the grand opening of its Fowler Ave. location. Alas, another fast-casual joint has thrown its hat into the ring—The Poké Company.
The Poké Company, a Florida-born franchise, opened its latest shop early last month at 1208 E Kennedy Blvd., Suite 116 in Tampa. Riding the trending poké wave, TPC offers poké burritos, as well as bowls. You slide in, pick a base followed by a protein, mix-ins, sauces and toppings. By the way, proteins accommodate every dietary preference including vegans.
Need more than a bowl to fill you up? You can also snag seaweed salad, krab salad or Key Lime pie ice cream. TPC serves up fountain drinks, bottle waters, ice tea with and without boba.
The latest poké concept on the block is running from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on weekdays, and noon-9 p.m. on weekends.
