United Republic and Link TV announced this week that they are conducting a search for a citizen reporter to cover money in politics at the 2012 Republican and Democratic national conventions in Tampa and Charlotte on August 27 and September 4.
Link TV is available in the Tampa Bay area on the Dish Network and Direct TV. It's schedule includes lots of progressive politics, including broadcasting live every morning Pacifica Radio's Democracy Now! program with Amy Goodman.
According to a press release, the selected citizen reporter will be a volunteer who will report on the conventions through the lens of money in politics.
