Since she just commented on my blog, I'd better put Jaden's Steamy Kitchen first on my weekly round-up of local food blogs.
Jaden teaches cooking in Sarasota, writes for the Observer and takes absolutely fabulous photos of the food she cooks every day, using a moderately expensive camera and her patented technique — "Awesome Food Photography for People Who Only Use One Button". The recipes on Steamy Kitchen are usually straightforward and well-explained.
And she's funny. Someone remind me to ask her out to dinner.
