Rocket Fizz soda and candy shop has officially debuted its St. Pete location at 668 Central Ave. The shop has been donning a 1950s looking sign on its storefront for a few months now, and we finally get a taste.
The space that was occupied by Daddy Kool Records for many years, is now chock full of nostalgia, sweet tooth cravings, and niche items that will make you say, “Yo, do you remember this?”
Rocket Fizz has seven other locations in Florida, including Clearwater and Daytona Beach, but the St. Petersburg location has a local touch, as its bright red sign is hand-painted by local designer and painter Sun Signs St. Pete.
Whether you actually want to try mustard, bacon, or key lime pie soda is beside the point. Now you have a storefront to browse all the interesting options and dare your friends to drink it instead in the 'Burg.
For their entire line-up, check out rocketfizz.com, or swing by to grab a one-of-a-kind holiday gift.
