It’s not THAT kind of salsa dance, but Rapp Brewing Company wants to see your skills — your salsa skills. This weekend, home chefs are encouraged to showcase their best salsa recipes at the Seminole craft brewery for prizes, which will be awarded to first, second and third place. What do you need to bring? At least one quart of homemade salsa for tasting and a bag of chips for dipping. Plus, Salsa Showdown Sunday contestants get one free beer per entry. Patrons who just want to taste what the participants come up with will receive one free voting ticket per beer.
