St. Petersburg's EDGE District has another place to get their caffeine fix. But it's only temporary.
Known as Intermezzo Coffee, the new coffee shop, which functions as a pop-up cafe, held its soft opening Saturday at 1111 Central Ave. Serving specialty coffee and other items for a limited time, Intermezzo plans to operate along Central for three months.
The coffee shop's name translates to intermission.
"Our message is to encourage an Intermission in your day," Intermezzo posted to its Facebook page, "whether it's with a friend catching up or reading your favorite book."
