Cult popular musician/'70s-era garage and power pop forerunner Frank Secich (Blue Ash, Stiv Bators, Deadbeat Poets) hit Local 662 in St Petersburg last night (Wed., April 6) to hawk and sign copies of his 2016 memoir, Circumstantial Evidence (chronicling his rock n’ roll during a rather explosive period of music), then perform a set of music spanning his career.
