Tampa Bay artist John Gascot will be exhibiting new pieces at The Bends on April 5.
The collection of Latin Pop paintings explores the current social climate with religious imagery and creative plays on bible stories.
The opening-night reception of Sunday School will offer up drink specials by the bar, like Blood of Christ, Bourbon Baptism, Holy Water and Purple Communion.
As always at The Bends, admission is free, but bring money for drinks. The show will run throughout the month of April.
