Make the drive to Sarasota for Edible Sarasota magazine's 3rd Annual Trash Fish Dinner. Hosted at Louies Modern 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, chefs from area eateries, including Indigenous and The Sandbar Restaurant, will concoct dishes driven by invasive and underutilized seafood species: barbecue mullet bellies, lionfish trio and seared skate wing among them.
