The most negative local race in Hillsborough County this fall is the battle for Democrat Kevin Beckner's re-election in the countywide district 6 race, where he is being challenged by Tea Party favorite Margaret Iuculano.
This afternoon the Beckner camp released a rather hard hitting ad against Iuculano. Watch:
It should be noted that the notoriously conservative editorial page of the Tampa Tribune endorsed Beckner in the race last month. In the editorial, they blamed Iuculano for the race having strayed "from relevant issues."
