The first 'smart' kegel trainer, the kGoal (video)

The grenade-shaped device is controlled by a smartphone

Kegel exercises don't just help increase sexual pleasure. They also help with pregnancy and postpartum recovery, bladder control, and back stability. Unfortunately many women neglect this important exercise. Minna Life just launched a Kickstarter campaign for the first "smart" kegel trainer, the kGoal. The grenade-shaped device guides your pelvic floor muscles through exercises, measures your performance, and tracks your progress. The device's silicone pillow measures your vaginal squeezes and provides vibrational feedback. The kGoal can also synch with a smartphone app that communicates with the device and tracks your progress.
