Tampa Bay Area Intro to Permaculture Workshop- Saturday/Sunday, February 20-21. This course will cover the principles of permaculture, a sustainable design science and art that works with nature instead of against her. These principles open the door to being able to design one’s own life so as to experience the abundance that nature can provide, even in the midst of the city.  There are special challenges to being sustainable in an urban environment and we will focus on those. The course will be taught by a team of permaculturists experienced in diverse areas:

* Edible backyard jungles and food forests, grow healthy food abundantly and easily

* Retrofitting for a new era

* How to design your garden, household, workplace and community like nature does, to experience more abundance while helping the environment

* Creating conscious community and neighborhood repair

* Flourish with a local economy

* And much more
