The Oyster Bar St. Pete is delivering for springtime with five new drinks which incorporate herbs and fresh fruit.
The series of craft cocktails range from mixes include Rory’s Bliss with Don Julio Reposado, agave nectar, fresh lime juice, a float of Dona Paula Los Cardos Malbec, a sprinkle of cinnamon and an orange.
Something a little lighter entails the Lillet Spritzer, crafted of Lillet Blanc and tonic, finished with cucumber, lime and mint.
The Blackberry Thyme Bramble, gin-based Carpe Diem and London Plaines cocktails are also up for grabs for those looking to celebrate the new season with some bubbly.
The Oyster Bar also offers bottomless brunch on Sundays from 10am-3pm, and happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. with $5 drinks. Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week from 11 a.m. - midnight.
