Tonight's Top Chef D.C. episode preview: Too many cooks spoil the broth

In this week's Top Chef: D.C. preview videos, we get to see how badly some of the chefs behave — even when they're in public in front of hundreds of diners.

From the looks of the preview video below, it looks like the chef'testants must cook ingredients inspired by common food-themed adages, i.e.: "hot potato", "hide the salami", "bigger fish to fry", "spill the beans", etc. I'm hoping someone has to make something inspired by: "Too many cooks spoil the broth."

Tiffany finally admits what we've all been thinking for half of the season — that she only cooks fish. So what is she going to make for the Quickfire? Beans — with fish on top.

Angelo calls Amanda "smart" and "dangerous", saying that he thinks she knows what she's doing (as in, how she's stayed in the game so far). This is also coming from the man who admitted on national television that he's had crabs (and possibly a mail order bride in the works). I rest my case.

For the Elimination Challenge this week, the chefs are running their own concession stand at a baseball stadium, turning traditional ballpark fare into gourmet dishes. It looks like Angelo is trying to take charge again and then ends up freaking out, much like he did during Restaurant Wars. Is this foreshadowing that his time on the show is up?

My money is on either Amanda or Angelo going home this week. Thoughts?
