VFW Post 39 consistently pumps out stacked local lineups across all genres almost every weekend, and this Friday is no different. St. Pete punk band Laser Mouth, Tampa veteran Pig Pen (which plays “short songs for people who don’t have a lot of spare time”) and hardcore Tampa outfit Postcard Scene lead this punk-heavy bill that will definitely rattle the shallow walls of the VFW, in the best way possible. Geri X and King Complex offer respite from the hard-rock.
