On Wednesday, Centerplate, Tropicana Field's hospitality partner, and its executive chef Marc Spooner unveiled new menu items throughout the downtown St. Pete stadium's concession stands and suites.

With a medley of traditional and non-traditional ballpark eats, local restaurants, including Ricky P's Orleans Bistro and Taco Bus, will be featured. Fans can expect Taco Bus' signature carnitas and butternut squash, as well as catfish po' boys and bread pudding from Ricky P's.

Alongside specialty flatbreads, Skyway Bistro will serve up sandwiches with prime rib and brisket, while other vendors such as Pili's Potatoes will dish out Puerto Rican-influenced baked potatoes covered in pulled pork, cheddar cheese, chives and more.

Oh, and the Mac Bat, Spooner's mac 'n' cheese-stuffed bread cone, will also be showcased.

The fresh offerings will debut at the season opener Monday as the Tampa Bay Rays face off against the Baltimore Orioles.
