What went through your head when you found out you’d made the Lust List?
I thought somebody was joking with me. It’s a very vain thing, and I know I’m not a bad-looking dude, but my head’s not really big.
Why do people have a thing for bartenders?
I feel like when I usually meet one they’re enthusiastic and outgoing. Drunk people are the worst. If [bartenders] can stay happy in this kind of environment, they’re really cool people.
What’s your favorite drink?
I’ve gotten on a martini kick, but right now, coffee with Baileys.
Best place to drink around town?
If I do go out, which is rare, I’ll go to The Bends. Very excited for The Blue Goose. I’ll be working there as well.
What do you do when you’re not slinging drinks?
I’m a bicycle enthusiast. Bicycles, and books.
Where’d you meet the gal you’re dating?
One Night Stand. She was drunk. She was dancing. I said, “You’re doing it wrong. Do it better.” And she did it better. We became friends, and we’ve been dating for a year and a half now.
What’s the best place to take a date in Tampa Bay?
Take them go-cart racing, or go on a bike ride.

Food.

Anything by Prince. Prince is tight.

Germany. That’s where I’m from, that’s where I was born and raised. There’s nothing like home, especially the food.
