Food Network chef Dave Lieberman will be hitting Ceviche Tampa this week to show you how to throw a "chic, simple tapas party at home." The Salvador Dali Museum is hosting a night of surreal entertainment, wines and food from Fresco's Waterfront Bistro at their annual Z-Grapes event. Sip Z wines while participating in a scavenger hunt, or listening to local fave Giddy-up Helicopter, or melting in the gallery. MONDAY: GRILLSMITH

Grillsmith will host winemaker Paul Clear of Kluge Estate Winery of Charlottesville, VA for a five-course wine dinner. If you've never had East Coast wine, or only that NY stuff, this is a chance to taste vino from one of the largest winemaking regions in the U.S. Clear will be pouring Kluge sparkling wine, as well as an interesting aperitif aged in Jack Daniels barrels, among others. $45. 7-10 p.m., Sept. 8, Grillsmith of South Tampa, 1108 S.
