Hat Trick Theatre opens its 2008-09 season with Neil Simon's Rumors. The farce focuses on the hijinks that ensue when the affluent guests of a wedding anniversary dinner party arrive to find that there are no servants, the hostess is M.I.A. and the host — the deputy mayor of New York City — has shot himself through the earlobe.
