The Bonefish Grill restaurant brand plans to commemorate its 15th anniversary by revealing its original location's updated look. At 5062 Fourth St. N. in St. Petersburg, the first Bonefish will showcase a modernly decorated interior with earthy tones and wood accents and flooring.
The public is welcome to celebrate the remodeled eatery — which now features a stainless steel bonefish sculpture with sequine-bedazzled scales — while chowing for a cause from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday, July 20. United Way Suncoast will receive 15 percent of Bonefish's sales that day.
"It's an honor to be a part of the original location and see it evolve while keeping the atmosphere contemporary and relevant," said managing partner Drake Jotch in a statement.
Offering exclusive menu items, a new private dining room may accommodate up to 110 diners. A spacious bar and tall wine display are also fresh additions.
