If it has always been your dream to be on a reality cooking show to cook your heart out (among other things) for millions of TV viewers, then now may be the chance you've been waiting for. The Food Network is currently holding open casting calls for the second season of their show 24 Hour Restaurant Battle and will be in Orlando on Sunday, November 14th to check out the talent in Florida.
The show centers around a two-person team, one running the kitchen and the other manning the front of the house, who must open and run a restaurant in a very short amount of time. Applicants can have lots to very little restaurant experience and personality is key to being cast.
