Typically, as Cheap Bastard, this would not be an event that I would attend since it is priced well outside my comfort zone. However, in true Cheap Bastard style, I scored a free ticket and the game was on.
I am no stranger to the juice. I love it so much, it is the one alcohol that I would keep if I were forced to choose only one type in some weird "Saw"-esqu nightmare (sorry beer & liquor). I have plenty of tastings under my belt and a more than cursory knowledge of grapes and styles, so I figured I was up for the challenge. In hindsight, I think I was wrong.
