At the beginning of May, we asked our readers to submit their best recipes for our Reader Recipe Contest for the chance to get their recipe published on CL Food and in our Food Issue on June 17, and the opportunity to become a recipe columnist for CL Food.
We received over 30 recipes for appetizers, entrees, desserts and drinks, from cooks all over the country and whittled the the list down to our four favorites. Then we decided to ask our readers to help us out by voting for the recipe they deemed the tastiest (and it turned into quite a heated race).
The people have spoken.
After meticulously counting the votes, we have our first, second and third place winners.
