Noble Crust, the Southern-inflected, seasonal Italian restaurant that opened to St. Petersburg in January, will premiere its brunch lineup of a la carte items, ranging from $10 to $18, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
After the kick off, the Fourth Street eatery will serve brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
Eggs Benedict featuring country ham, heirloom tomato, pistachio pesto and brown butter hollandaise is included on executive chef Rob Reinsmith's farm-fresh menu alongside pork belly hash with hominy, fingerling potatoes, fried egg and arugula salad.
Drink specials like the Noble Mimosa with pomegranate liqueur and the Gin Grapefruit Fizz will also be highlighted, as well as a kid's menu that's offered daily.
