Anchor and Brine at Tampa Marriott Water Street will debut next week, although the official opening date is still tentative. As of right now, the team is shooting for Thursday, September 19.
The restaurant is located within the hotel at 505 Water St. so bring some dough for valet parking if you can't find a scooter nearby.
The indoor-outdoor restaurant runs from the lobby area of Tampa Marriott Water Street to the outdoor patio, which, by the way, is laced with waterfront views.
Get ready to chow down on a seafood-focused menu created with fresh, local ingredients and sip from a cocktail menu specializing in sips like martinis, daiquiris and spritzes. Guests can order a seafood tower complete with lobster tails and oysters while soaking in the waterfront views from Anchor and Brine's covered outdoor patio, or they can escape the heat by opting for indoor, air-conditioned shared space in the hotel lobby.
Lunch and dinner hours are still being ironed out.
