The final portion of chefs Michael Mina and Don Pintabona’s Locale Market, the private FarmTable Kitchen dining experience on the second floor, started accepting online-only reservations for February on Thursday. The first seating’s at 7 p.m. Friday.

Communal-style with eight seats, FarmTable offers an eight-course tasting menu of seasonally inspired dishes that integrate the market’s finest ingredients, such as local produce and items from the butcher station downstairs. The food’s also paired with wines, sake, cocktails and local beer.

The concept, which will stay true to the east-meets-west flair around the market, originally incorporated three tables rather than one. However, demand for wine bar seating caused FarmTable to morph into one intimate dining area.

For at least the next month, Locale will take FarmTable reservations for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights to start. Meal tickets cost $105 per person before state sales tax and gratuity, and diners must purchase two at a time.

The dining room’s host special events and more throughout the week.
