The Gaily News: More reasons to love Barcelona

There's a famously tantalizing lyric from Stephen Sondheim's Company in which the main character, Bobby, asks his latest conquest, a flight attendant, where she's headed.

"Where you going?"

"Barcelona."

"Oh."

And even though they're none too enthusiastic about her destination, LGBT tourists should be.

Latest reason: The city's building a gay monument. And it's slated to be built directly in front of one of the most Catholic of landmarks, architect Antonio Gaudi's awesome Sagrada Familia basilica.
