Two Ocean Prime kitchen maestros are bridging the gap between Tampa and Orlando.
From 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. April 9, the modern American restaurant chain's Tampa executive chef Adam Polisei and Orlando executive chef Jeremy Mattson plan to present a pop-up sushi dinner alongside the Orlando Dinner Party Project. Tickets to the upcoming collaboration, hosted at the 1010 West venue in Orlando and limited to 80 people, are available online for $100.
Throughout the evening, chefs Polisei and Mattson walk guests through seven Asian-inspired courses, including gravlax and caviar with spring pea, cured lemon, fennel, shiso and crispy skin; Ocean Prime sushi selections like the lobster and spicy tuna rolls; ramen with king crab, pork belly, mushroom and black truffle; and coconut sorbet with toasted dashi flakes and shaved micronut.
Diners can also expect sake and wine pairings, Credo Coffee and Tito's Handmade Vodka cocktails, plus live music from Opera Orlando.
Cocktail attire is requested for the dinner, and a percentage of the ticket proceeds will benefit the Human Experience Orlando.
