Dying for that red sauce and near Jerk Hut Rhum Bar?
Before you head out to Jerk Hut's buffet in your stretchy pants, know that the Fowler Avenue location has moved directly across the street to 1241 E. Fowler Ave. and is now called Jerk Hut Island Grille and Beach Club.
You can still get your fix of fat Jamaican eats and rum drinks because the location is already up and running with live music. If you're familiar with the Jerk Hut Rhum Bar's aesthetic, it's dark with booths dedicated to islands in the Bahamas and gets packed nearly every evening for dancing and drinks.
According to Jerk Hut's social media, posts of the new location shows a brighter dining room with tropical accents and paintings.
The former location is now boarded up with a note to its loyal clientele of the updated address.
