The Tampa Total Request Live (TTRL) folks are back with Riverwalk & Chill—their outside, socially-distanced concert series featuring some of the best Tampa musicians. This week, hosts Roxanne Gallo and Zachary Hines bring neo-soul and contemporary R&B singer J’Nelle to the stage set up on downtown Tampa’s Riverwalk. Check out J’Nelle’s 2020 single “Number 1” to get a taste of the massive talent to expect.
Also on the lineup is Lakeland singer and banjo player Noan Partly (pictured), who’s been popping up everywhere with her funky folk.
Tampa’s getting a real treat this weekend because alt-folk singer Mark Etherington aka Mountain Holler, flew in from Seattle for the weekend, first hitting the Straz outside stage Friday, Orange Blossom Jamboree Saturday afternoon and the Indie in Seminole Heights on Sunday.
Tickets are sold by tables of two, three or four people. The Straz Center still acknowledges the pandemic happening and requires masks, temperature checks and social distancing.
