If COVID-19 concert cancellations left you feeling down down, you weren’t alone. Nebraska rock band 311—which has a rich history of playing small shows in Tampa thanks to its partnership with Rock Brother Brewing Co.—was supposed to celebrate its 30th anniversary of bandom with a big tour in 2020 before coronavirus but the kibosh on it all.
Well, don’t stay home any longer because 311 has booked a 36-date tour, which includes a Sept. 25 stop at Tampa’s MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre. The only other Florida shows on the tour with Iya Terra are in Jacksonville (Sept. 22 at Daily’s Place) and West Palm Beach (Sept. 24 at Ithink Financial Amphitheatre).

311 last played the shed in 2019 with Dirty Heads. It’s been a busy week for MidFlorida Amphitheatre, too, thanks to recently announced shows by Dead & Co., Kings of Leon with Cold War Kids, Jonas Brothers, and Alice Cooper with Ace Frehley.
Tickets to see 311 and Iya Terra at Tampa’s MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre on Saturday, Sept. 25 went on sale today at 10 a.m. and start at $25 before service charges.
