“Rapstar” Polo G was supposed to bring his “Hall of Fame” tour to Tampa Bay, but the show originally set for Dec. 18 at MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre is now canceled.
Livenation said refunds are available, but it would’ve been quite a step up from the Cuban Club show he played this summer with G. Herbo.
The 22-year-old Chicago rapper released his first song on YouTube in 2018—three years, and three albums later he’s hitting number one on Billboard charts and performing at MTV’s VMAs. His 2019 debut album Die A Legend was marked Best New Album by music aficionados at Pitchfork, and it seems Mr. G’s still on the rise.
